The Spaces
studio
Our Studio range represent the simplest possible way to create space and hence the most affordable. Simple rectangular forms coupled with sheer glass walls and hidden doors create minimalist spaces that look amazing from inside and out.
Designed to comply with the Mobile Homes Act our buildings are moveable, VAT free and don’t require planning.
cabin
Our cabin range retains the simplicity of the Studios but adds a pitched roof to create vaulted spaces within and the familiar cabin form from outside. Our signature glass walls emphasise this feature and flood the buildings with light.
lodge
For more substantial buildings we offer our Lodge range. Whilst still falling under the mobile homes act these buildings can be up to 140 sq m. Our minimalist design continues throughout and the internal configurations can be configured in a variety of ways. Kitchens and bathrooms can be added and a choice of finishes both internal and external are available.
bespoke houses
Simplespace is run by Architects and linked to our sister firm Award winning Trace Architects. We are currently using the simple space system on a number of our projects including new build houses and extension projects.
The cost and time benefits of this system are enormous and we offer a full design service for more bespoke projects.
AFFORDABLE housing
Plan B Housing has developed a radically different housing model that aims to address the issues of housing inequality and the climate emergency. Combining rewilded sites with low cost expandable dwellings we provide a real alternative to the affordable housing crisis

Simple Space has also designed and constructed a series of public buildings. These take advantage of the low build cost and rapid assembly coupled with good design which characterise all our buildings.
GLAMPING
Simple space buildings are ideal for glamping sites due to their affordability and rapid construction. We have designed a range of different sized units which include terrace and Spa add ons.
